Zemo Nikozi

video, hd, 5min, colour, sound, 2017

camera: Kamen Stoyanov

A video about night life at the Georgian village Zemo Nikozi. The village is closely situated at the demarcation line to occupied territory of South Ossetia.  "One line, two lines, three lines. They cross and make a star" the narrative voice tells in the video. Looking toward Ossetia on rainy days, the sky is of a red-ish color. It is not clear, why. Lines, stars, borders and night sky and the view to the occupied territory are interwoven in a poetic way.
